Campaign Essentials is a great fit if your team needs clear campaign messaging, core fundraising copy, and a practical plan, and you have the internal capacity to format, send, and post the materials.

Custom Campaign Buildout is the right fit if your campaign needs deeper strategy, segmentation, original story collection, custom design, implementation support, or a more tailored approach.

That’s okay! Part of our process is helping you shape the campaign direction based on what you do have. We’ll share a Campaign Discovery Questionnaire to gather the key details, stories, statistics, and brand assets needed to build your campaign.

To keep the project on track, your team will need to provide the required materials by the agreed deadlines. If important information is missing or delayed, we may need to adjust the timeline, refine the scope, or recommend a custom package that includes additional discovery or story collection support.

Yes. Campaign Essentials and Signature Campaign Sprint include the strategy, copy, calendar, templates, and tools your team needs to implement the campaign.

However, if you’d like Ruby Brick to help format, schedule, send, post, or otherwise manage deployment, we can add implementation support as an additional service.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you’ll need support. Availability may be limited as Giving Tuesday and year-end deadlines get closer.

Campaign Essentials and Signature Campaign Sprint packages are intentionally packaged to keep the process simple, efficient, and cost-effective. Your team is welcome to use only the most helpful pieces, but we do not remove or swap individual deliverables within these packages. 

If you need a more customized combination of strategy, copy, design, implementation, or campaign support, a Custom Campaign Buildout is the best fit.

Campaign theme and messaging direction include one round of revisions.

The bundled campaign materials (appeal letter, emails, social media content, and related assets included in your package) include up to two rounds of revisions.

To keep the process efficient, feedback should be consolidated by your team and shared in one document, spreadsheet, or comment thread for each revision round.

If additional revisions are desired, we’re happy to provide them based on timeline and availability. Additional revision rounds may adjust the project timeline and will be billed separately.
