Meet the Ruby Brick Team
Sarah Quezada - Founder + Creative DirectorSarah founded Ruby Brick in 2014 because she was surrounded by amazing leaders making positive changes in the world, and she liked to talk and write about them. She leverages her decade in nonprofit leadership to help busy leaders feel comfortable in their voice, articulate their message, and share their everyday stories and powerful invitations. And sometimes she helps them get the lighting right for IGTV!
Sarah's writing has been featured on many online and print publications. She has a master's in sociology, and her first book Love Undocumented: Risking Trust in a Fearful World was published in 2018. When not clickity-clacking away at the computer, Sarah is beating her children at Rummikub or involved in an ongoing Gilmore Girls marathon. She and her family live in Atlanta. Elizabeth Moraff - Chief StrategistElizabeth came to Ruby Brick from a decade of managing community development programs in the non-profit program world. A proud "nerd," Elizabeth devises data-driven communication strategies that further organizational goals. She leverages her keen understanding of high-purpose organizations to craft communications that reflect the unique voice of each of Ruby Brick's clients. Elizabeth's writing has been featured in both academic and mainstream outlets, including the Journal for Humanistic Psychology.
When she isn't designing client communications, you can find Elizabeth reading depressing novels and expanding her "to-read" list on Goodreads. Or watching TikTok. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park. Nicole Walters - Content SpecialistNicole brings to Ruby Brick a decade and a half of experience in both non-profit and professional fields in the U.S., Middle East, and South Asia. She loves to use her intimate knowledge of telling a good story and strong organizational skills to help clients communicate their vision well.
She makes her home south of Atlanta with her husband and two children though she has left parts of her heart scattered around the world. When not managing content online you'll find Nicole getting outside with her kids, reading one of five books she's started recently, or enjoying international food and art. Nicole's writing has been featured widely online, in magazine, and in several books. She holds a B.A. in Religion from the University of Georgia. |
